Completes application for State Awards

Keeps accurate minutes of all meetings and reads minutes at each meeting

Responsible for any correspondence of the group

Collects and records labeled and neatly bounded payment of dues and turn them into Cheryl Ludwig

Designs and displays the chapter bulletin board in the FCS Room

Publicizes our chapter’s activities and write articles for the paper

Organizes a committee for assistance if necessary

Responsible for taking pictures at all activities and keeping a scrapbook of the organization

Prepares the end of the year video

Attends all student council meetings and voices concerns and ideas for our organization at those meetings

Reports back to members on council happenings
